Processing & Shipping:

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days for quality inspection and professional preparation. Processing is separate from carrier transit times. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

All Sales Are Final:

Due to the nature of raw hair extensions, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Please confirm all order details—including length, texture, and shipping information—before completing checkout.

No Refunds or Disputes:

Hair cannot be returned once opened, worn, styled, or altered. Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to provide Shopify and payment processors with order confirmations, tracking, and this policy to resolve any claims.

Delivery Responsibility:

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events once the package has been shipped.

Disclaimer:

Variations in texture, color, and pattern are natural and do not constitute defects.
