HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Shipping can take up to 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE PROCESSING PERIOD. We do ship quite fast, depending on your location, but we suggest you allow up to 5-10 business days after the processing period to receive your package.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 72-168 hour processing period (3 to 7 FULL BUSINESS DAYS). This time frame does not count towards your business days for shipping and tracking. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your processing period is complete, your order’s business days begin. After we ship your order, you will then receive a tracking number to the email you've provided.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER.
WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.
WE CANNOT CHANGE ADDRESSES AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments.
If there is an issue you will receive an email notification with these details.
Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.
