These Packages Do Not Come With A Closure! These packages include our raw straight and wavy Indian hair.
Our bundles are made with our top-quality, raw, Indian hair. Each bundle is from a single donor and is 100% cuticle aligned. Our bundles are full from wefts to ends and this is possible because every short piece of hair is removed from every bundle, resulting in thickness throughout our bundles. Our raw Indian bundles can also be bleached to 613, colored any color of your desire, straightened, curled, or any other design you could think of. Because our raw Indian hair has never been processed, it results in the luster of the hair being of higher quality than other hair companies.
Please allow up to 14 business days for all orders to process and ship. PLEASE NOTE: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Shipping can take up to 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE PROCESSING PERIOD. We do ship quite fast, depending on your location, but we suggest you allow up to 5-10 business days after the processing period to receive your package.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-72 hour processing period (up to 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS). This time frame does not count towards your business days for shipping and tracking. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your processing period is complete, your order’s business days begin. After we ship your order, you will then receive a tracking number to the email you've provided.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER.
WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.
WE CANNOT CHANGE ADDRESSES AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

Upon the arrival of your Raw Indian Hair, we suggest that you cowash the hair by deep conditioning it for about 15-30 minutes and rinsing the hair with cool water. After the hair is cowashed, allow the hair to airdry for flawless, silky, and smooth results.
If you've worn the hair for a while and it starts to get a bit oily, use a clarifying shampoo with a matching conditioner and allow it to airdry once you're finished.
If you are wanting to color, bleach, or process the hair in any way, we suggest you allow a professional to do it, just to ensure that the quality of the hair won't be tarnished.
